Settings
The Settings page lets you manage your account, organization, notifications, and more.
Profile
Update your personal information:
- Name - your display name
- Email - your login email
Password
Change your account password.
Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication is enabled by default for all accounts using email verification codes. From this section you can switch to an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) for stronger security. Switching methods requires password confirmation. Backup codes are provided after setup in case you lose access to your verification method.
Organization
Update your business information. Changes here affect your dashboard metrics, scorecard benchmarks, and AI context:
- Business Name (read-only)

- Display Currency - your primary reporting currency
- Monthly Revenue Range
- Revenue Target
- Business Age
- Team Size

All fields save automatically when changed.
Billing
- View your current plan
- See Nummbas-FO usage (messages used vs. monthly limit)
- See integration usage (connections used vs. plan limit)
- Click Manage Plan to open the Stripe customer portal for upgrades, downgrades, payment methods, and invoices
Notifications
Control which emails you receive:
- Daily Financial Pulse - daily summary of key metrics
- Weekly Email Digest - weekly Monday summary with trends
- Integration Alerts - notifications about sync issues or credential problems
- Smart Alerts - custom threshold-based alerts (Growth plan and above)
Marketing Preferences
Control marketing communications:
- Special Offers
- Tips and News
- Product Updates
- Feature Announcements
Danger Zone
These actions are destructive and cannot be undone. Both require password confirmation.
- Flush All Data and Re-sync - available to the owner and admins. Removes all synced data for every integration and triggers a fresh sync from scratch.
- Delete Account - available to the owner only. Permanently deletes the organization and all associated data. Data is retained for a limited period before permanent deletion.
