Annual Billing

Annual billing lowers the monthly rate:

  • Starter saves $120 each year
  • Growth saves $360 each year
  • Scale saves $720 each year

For direct Nummbas subscriptions, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time in Settings > Billing.

Billing Provider

Nummbas uses the right billing provider for how your workspace was created:

  • Direct Nummbas subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
  • Shopify App Store subscriptions are billed through Shopify.
  • Manual Shopify setup uses the same billing provider already attached to your workspace.

Your dashboard plan limits are based on the active Nummbas plan, no matter which provider manages billing.

Free Trial and No Contracts

For direct Nummbas subscriptions, Starter, Growth, and Scale include a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but there is no charge today. Your first payment is scheduled after the trial ends unless you cancel from billing settings first.

For Shopify App Store subscriptions, Shopify shows the available plan, trial, and billing terms before you approve the subscription.

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel any time.

Managing Your Subscription

Note: Only the organization owner can access billing settings and manage the subscription.
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. From there you can:
    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
    • Switch between monthly and annual billing
    • Update your payment method
    • View invoices
    • Cancel your subscription

Stripe-billed workspaces open the Stripe customer portal. Shopify-billed workspaces open Shopify plan management.

Usage Tracking

Your current usage is displayed in Settings > Billing:

  • Nummbas-FO Messages - a progress bar showing messages used versus your monthly limit
  • Integrations - a progress bar showing connections used versus your plan limit
