Annual Billing

Annual billing lowers the monthly rate:

  • Starter saves $120 each year
  • Growth saves $360 each year
  • Scale saves $720 each year

For direct Nummbas subscriptions, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time in Settings > Plans and billing.

Billing

How you manage billing depends on where you started your Nummbas plan:

  • Direct Nummbas subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
  • Shopify App Store subscriptions are billed through Shopify.
  • Wix App Market subscriptions are billed through Wix.
  • BigCommerce App Marketplace subscriptions are billed through BigCommerce.

Your dashboard plan limits are based on the active Nummbas plan, no matter where billing is managed.

Free Trial and No Contracts

For direct Nummbas subscriptions, Starter, Growth, and Scale include a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but there is no charge today. Your first payment is scheduled after the trial ends unless you cancel from billing settings first.

For Shopify App Store subscriptions, Shopify shows the available plan, trial, and billing terms before you approve the subscription.

For Wix App Market subscriptions, Wix shows the available Nummbas plan and billing terms before you choose it.

For BigCommerce App Marketplace subscriptions, BigCommerce shows the available Nummbas plan and billing terms before you approve it.

Direct Nummbas subscriptions and Shopify App Store subscriptions offer monthly and annual billing. You can cancel at any time. Your billing provider shows when the cancellation takes effect.

Managing Your Subscription

Note Only the organization owner can access billing settings and manage the subscription.
  1. Go to Settings > Plans and billing
  2. Click Manage Plan for a direct subscription, or Manage in Shopify, Manage in Wix, or Manage in BigCommerce for a marketplace subscription
  3. Use the options offered by your billing provider to:
    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
    • Switch between monthly and annual billing where available
    • Update your payment method
    • View invoices
    • Cancel your subscription

Direct subscriptions open the Stripe customer portal. Shopify, Wix, and BigCommerce subscriptions open plan management in the marketplace where you started the plan. Support-managed plans show instructions to contact support instead.

Usage Tracking

Your current usage is displayed in Settings > Plans and billing:

Your Nummbas-FO brief updates once a day. One Nummbas-FO answer uses one credit. The brief does not use credits. Credits are shared across your organization and reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC.
