What Gets Synced

Fulfillment and Shipping Metrics (90-day period)

  • Fulfillment costs
  • Shipping costs
  • Carrier breakdown
  • Fulfillment center breakdown
  • On-time delivery rates
  • Transit times

Features Powered by ShipBob Data

  • Business Insights — fulfillment costs, shipping costs, and carrier performance so you can track how much it costs to get products to your customers
  • Expense Intelligence — fulfillment and shipping costs automatically appear as expense categories, making it easy to see what percentage of your revenue goes toward logistics
  • Insight Rules — automated alerts when your on-time delivery rate drops below healthy levels or when your fulfillment costs per order are higher than expected, so you can act before customers start complaining
  • Business Reports — shipping and fulfillment cost analysis included in relevant reports, helping you spot trends like rising carrier rates or shifts in fulfillment center performance

Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed — Double-check that you are using a valid Personal Access Token from the ShipBob dashboard. Make sure the token has not been revoked or expired.
  • Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress. If your ShipBob account has no recent orders, there will be no data to display.
  • Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your fulfillment data automatically every 6 hours. You can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page if you need the latest numbers right away.
