Integrations Overview
Nummbas connects to 19 platforms across ecommerce, payments, advertising, accounting, subscriptions, email marketing, shipping, customer support, and returns. Each integration pulls specific data into your dashboard automatically. You can also add fulfillment costs and overhead expenses manually if your provider or accounting system is not listed below.

Manual Options
When your provider does not have a direct integration, you can still get the data into Nummbas:
- Manual 3PL / Fulfillment - track monthly fulfillment totals (pick and pack, shipping, storage, other) via CSV upload or manual entry.
- Manual Expenses - track overhead and vendor spend with line items by category, vendor, and notes. Use this when you do not connect QuickBooks or Xero, or for costs those platforms do not capture.
Connection Methods
- OAuth - click "Connect," sign in to the platform, and authorize access. No API keys needed.
- Custom App - for Shopify. Create a custom app inside your Shopify admin with read-only scopes and paste the Client ID and Secret into Nummbas. See the Shopify integration guide for the step-by-step walkthrough.
- API Key - create a key in the platform's settings and paste it into Nummbas.
- Personal Access Token - generate a token in your account settings and paste it into Nummbas (ShipBob).
- Basic Auth - enter your subdomain, API key, and email (Gorgias).
- Instance ID - install the Nummbas app on your Wix site, then copy the Instance ID into Nummbas.
- Credentials - enter your store URL and API credentials (WooCommerce only).
- Manual Entry or CSV - add data directly in Nummbas. Used for Manual 3PL and Manual Expenses.
