Integrations Overview
Nummbas connects to 20 platforms across ecommerce, banking, payments, advertising, accounting, subscriptions, email marketing, shipping, customer support, and returns. Each integration pulls specific data into your dashboard automatically. You can also add fulfillment costs and overhead expenses manually if your provider or accounting system is not listed below.

Manual Options
When your provider does not have a direct integration, you can still get the data into Nummbas:
- Manual 3PL / Fulfillment - track monthly fulfillment totals (pick and pack, shipping, storage, other) via CSV upload or manual entry.
- Manual Expenses - track overhead and vendor spend with line items by category, vendor, and notes. Use this when you do not connect QuickBooks or Xero, or for costs those platforms do not capture.
Connection Methods
- OAuth - click "Connect," sign in to the platform, and authorize access. No API keys needed.
- Plaid Link - choose the country where your bank is held, find your bank, and approve read-only access to the accounts you select.
- Shopify app - connect through the Nummbas Shopify app. Shopify handles store approval and plan setup.
- BigCommerce App Marketplace - install Nummbas through BigCommerce, approve access, then sign in or create a Nummbas account. BigCommerce provides the store connection and manages checkout and invoicing for the Nummbas plan.
- Public Wix App Market app - install the public Nummbas app, then open it from your Wix Dashboard. Wix securely passes the installation details, and Nummbas guides you through sign-in, Wix-managed plan selection if needed, and automatic store connection.
- API Key - create a key in the platform settings and paste it into Nummbas. Stripe needs a restricted read-only key with the permissions in the Stripe guide.
- Personal Access Token - generate a token in your account settings and paste it into Nummbas (ShipBob).
- Basic Auth - enter your subdomain, API key, and email (Gorgias).
- WordPress plugin or direct approval - install Nummbas in WordPress, or approve read-only access directly from WooCommerce if your site cannot use the plugin.
- Manual Entry or CSV - add data directly in Nummbas. Used for Manual 3PL and Manual Expenses.
