Troubleshooting
- Connection failed — Make sure you are signing in with the correct Intuit account that has access to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. If the connection fails, go back to the Integrations page and try again.
- Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes depending on how much data is in your QuickBooks account. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress.
- Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your QuickBooks data automatically every 4 hours. Check the last sync time and any status message on the Integrations page. If you need to rebuild the import, see Reimporting data.
- Token expired — QuickBooks OAuth tokens expire periodically. If your connection shows Needs attention, select Reconnect on the QuickBooks card and approve access again. If you have several connections, select Manage and reconnect the affected account. Nummbas will handle the token refresh automatically in most cases.
