Gorgias

Connect Gorgias to track customer support metrics including ticket volume, response times, and satisfaction scores.

Connection Method

Basic Auth — Nummbas connects to your support data through the Gorgias REST API. You will need your subdomain, API key, and the email address associated with your Gorgias account.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations
  2. Click Connect on the Gorgias card
  3. In the modal, follow these steps:

Getting Your API Credentials

  1. Sign in to your Gorgias Dashboard
  2. Go to Settings, then REST API
  3. Copy your subdomain, API key, and the email associated with your account
  4. Paste all three into the Nummbas modal and click Connect

Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed — Double-check that you are using the correct subdomain, API key, and email from the Gorgias REST API settings. Make sure the API key has not been revoked.
  • Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress. If your Gorgias account has no recent tickets, there will be no data to display.
  • Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your support data automatically every 6 hours. You can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page if you need the latest numbers right away.
