WooCommerce

Connect your WooCommerce store through WordPress. Nummbas brings your orders, products, and stock into your dashboard.

Use the Nummbas for WooCommerce plugin when your WordPress site allows plugins.

  1. In WordPress, open Plugins
  2. Select Add Plugin
  3. Search for Nummbas
  4. Install and activate Nummbas for WooCommerce
  5. Open WooCommerce > Nummbas
  6. Select Connect to Nummbas
  7. Approve read-only access

Nummbas starts updating your numbers after WooCommerce approves the connection.

Direct Connection Fallback

If your WordPress host does not allow plugins, use the direct connection in Nummbas.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations
  2. Select Connect Store on the WooCommerce card
  3. Select Connect without the WordPress plugin
  4. Enter your WooCommerce store URL
  5. Continue to WooCommerce
  6. Approve read-only access

Use your public store URL, such as https://your-store.com.

What Gets Synced

Orders

  • Order number and total price
  • Shipping amount and currency
  • Order status (completed, processing, refunded)
  • Line items with product options, quantities, and prices
  • Customer country and region (anonymized)

Products

  • Product title and option titles
  • SKU, price, and inventory quantity
  • Product type and categories
  • Cost of goods (requires WooCommerce 10.3 or later with the COGS feature enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features, or a third-party COGS plugin such as WPFactory Cost of Goods)
