Connect your Wix eCommerce store to pull in order data, product catalog, inventory levels, and cost of goods.

Connection Method

Public Wix App Market app — install the public Nummbas app from the Wix App Market, then open it from your Wix Dashboard. Wix securely passes the installation details Nummbas needs, so you do not need to copy or paste an Instance ID.

How to Connect

You can start from the Wix App Market or from Dashboard > Integrations in Nummbas:

Install the public Nummbas app from the Wix App Market. If you started in Nummbas, click Connect on the Wix card, then Open Wix App Market.
After installation, open Nummbas from your Wix Dashboard.
Select Connect and Open Nummbas.
Sign in to Nummbas or create an account. Complete onboarding if asked. Your Wix installation stays ready while you do this.
If Wix asks you to choose a Nummbas plan, select a plan in Wix, then reopen Nummbas from your Wix Dashboard.
Nummbas verifies the Wix plan, connects the store, starts the initial sync, and opens your dashboard automatically.

If the site is already connected, opening Nummbas from the Wix Dashboard shows the connected site and an Open Nummbas Dashboard button.

Troubleshooting

Wix asks you to choose a plan

Choose one of the available Nummbas plans in Wix. When the plan selection is complete, reopen Nummbas from your Wix Dashboard so Nummbas can verify the plan and finish connecting the store.

Nummbas says installation details are missing

Reopen Nummbas from your Wix Dashboard instead of opening Nummbas directly. If the message still appears, contact customersupport@nummbas.com.

The Wix site is linked to another Nummbas account

Sign in to the Nummbas account that originally connected the Wix site. If you cannot access that account, contact customersupport@nummbas.com.

Subtotal, tax, and shipping amounts
Payment status (paid, partially paid, refunded)
Fulfillment status
Line items with product details, quantities, and prices
Customer country and region (anonymized)
Sales channel and coupon codes

Products

Product name and product options
SKU, price, and cost of goods
Inventory quantity and stock status
Product type and brand
Product visibility status

Nummbas works with both current and older Wix catalog setups. You do not need to choose a version during setup.

The shipping amount synced from Wix is what the customer was charged. Actual carrier and fulfilment costs require a shipping, 3PL, accounting, or manual cost source.
