What Gets Synced

Return and Exchange Metrics (90-day period)

  • Refund amounts
  • Exchange amounts
  • Return shipping costs
  • Processing time
  • Exchange rate
  • Return reason breakdown
  • Top returned products

Features Powered by Loop Returns Data

  • Business Insights — return volume, refund totals, and exchange rates so you can track how returns affect your bottom line
  • Expense Intelligence — return shipping costs and refund amounts automatically appear as expense categories, making it easy to see what percentage of your revenue goes toward returns
  • Insight Rules — automated alerts when your return rate rises above healthy levels or when refund amounts spike, so you can investigate product or fulfillment issues early
  • Business Reports — return and exchange analysis included in relevant reports, helping you spot trends like rising return rates or shifts in return reasons

Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed — Double-check that you are using a valid API key from the Loop Returns dashboard. Make sure the key has Returns scope and has not been revoked.
  • Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress. If your Loop Returns account has no recent returns, there will be no data to display.
  • Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your returns data automatically every 6 hours. You can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page if you need the latest numbers right away.
