Team Members

Invite team members to give them access to your Nummbas dashboard. The number of team members depends on your plan.

Inviting a Team Member

Go to Settings > Team
Click Invite Member
Enter their email address and select a role (Admin or Member)
They will receive an email invitation to join your organization

Note:

Only the organization owner and admins can invite new team members.

Managing Members

The team list shows all current members. Owners and admins can:

Change roles between Admin and Member
Remove members to revoke their access to the organization

The owner cannot be removed or demoted. There is exactly one owner per organization.

Roles

Nummbas has three roles with different levels of access:

Owner - full access to everything, including billing, team management, organization settings, and account deletion. Each organization has exactly one owner. Only the owner can manage the subscription, access the Stripe billing portal, and delete the organization.
Admin - full access to integrations, team management, organization settings, and data flushing. Admins cannot access billing or delete the organization.
Member - access to the dashboard, insights, reports, and AI chat. Members cannot manage billing, integrations, team, or organization settings.

Transferring Ownership

The owner can transfer ownership to any other member of the organization.

Go to Settings > Team
Click Transfer Ownership
Select the team member who will become the new owner
Confirm with your password

After the transfer, the previous owner becomes an admin, and the selected member becomes the new owner.

Warning:

Ownership transfer is immediate and gives the new owner full control over billing and account deletion. Make sure you trust the person you are transferring to.

These are set per-user in Settings > Notifications.
