How It Works

When you ask a question, Nummbas-FO receives context that includes:

• Your cash position and runway
• Revenue and expense breakdowns
• Product margins and inventory data
• Recent order data
• Ad performance metrics
• Any other data from your connected integrations

It uses this context to give you answers backed by your actual numbers — not generic advice.

What You Can Ask

Nummbas-FO can answer questions like:

• "Am I actually profitable after all my costs?"
• "Which products should I stop selling?"
• "Can I afford to hire someone?"
• "What is eating into my margins?"
• "How does my ad spend compare to my revenue?"
• "Should I take on debt right now?"
• "What would happen if I cut my ad spend by 30%?"
• "Am I ready to raise funding?"

Usage Limits

Your monthly message limit depends on your plan:

Usage resets at the start of each billing period. You can see your current usage in Settings > Billing.

Insight-to-Chat Bridge

When you see an insight on the Business Insights page, click the Ask CFO link to open Nummbas-FO with a pre-filled question about that specific issue. The question is automatically sent so you get an answer immediately.

Chat History

Your conversation history is saved and loaded each time you open Nummbas-FO. You can clear your chat history at any time using the clear button.

Connection Filter

If you have multiple connections for the same provider (e.g., two Shopify stores), you can use the connection filter to focus the conversation on data from a specific connection.
