Product Command Center

Note: Available on Growth and Scale plans. Requires Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, or Wix.

The Product Command Center gives you deep analytics on every product in your catalog across all connected stores.

Filters

At the top of the page:

  • Date Range — default Last 90 Days, with presets for Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, and a custom range. All metrics and charts on the page respond to this range.
  • Store — when you have more than one connected store, pick a single store or view all stores combined.

Summary Cards

Four KPI cards at the top show:

  • Total Products — number of active products across all stores, including subscriptions
  • Average Margin — revenue-weighted profit margin across your catalog
  • Inventory Value — total retail value of inventory on hand
  • Dead Stock Value — retail value of inventory that has had zero sales in the selected period

Overview Bars

Two horizontal stacked bars sit below the summary cards.

Product Health Breakdown

Shows how many products fall into each health category:

  • Healthy — strong sales and margins
  • Average — moderate margins or moderate velocity
  • At Risk — low margins, low sales, or both

Inventory Coverage

Shows estimated days of stock based on recent sales velocity:

  • Less than 30 days — inventory is running low relative to demand
  • 30 to 90 days — healthy coverage
  • 90 days or more — tying up capital, includes dead stock

Action Needed

A prioritized list of items that need attention. Five filter buttons let you focus on one issue type at a time, with a count badge on each:

  • All Items — every flagged product
  • Running Low — sorted by fewest days of stock first, with estimated stockout date
  • Dead Stock — zero sales in the period, sorted by retail value tied up
  • Slow Movers — more than 180 days of stock but still some sales, sorted by days of stock
  • Missing Cost — selling products without cost data so margins cannot be calculated

Each action card shows the product title, an urgency badge, a short context line, and two metrics (for example, potential lost sales and units left). Clicking a card scrolls you to that product in the Product Explorer below.

Product Explorer

A card grid of every product. Each card shows the product title, source (variant, platform, vendor), a short recommendation, a health badge, and three inline metrics: health tier, margin percentage, and a stock or revenue signal.

Controls

  • Search — typeahead across title, variant, vendor, and source
  • Type — filter by product type
  • Vendor — filter by supplier or brand
  • Sort — Best Product Health, Highest Revenue, Highest Contribution, Highest Margin, Most Units Sold, or Most Inventory Risk

Product Detail

Click any product to open its detail sheet. The sheet shows:

  • Recommendation — a short AI-generated tip specific to this product
  • Detail Metrics — Revenue, Contribution Profit, Units Sold, Health, Inventory, Days of Stock
  • Top Markets — top three countries by order volume, with flag, country code, and order count
  • Demand Forecast — a composed chart showing historical weekly sales and the forecast line with confidence bands, plus a data-quality label
  • Product Context — Margin percentage, Average Sale Price, Repeat Buyers, Return Rate, Fulfillment Cost, AOV Lift
  • If Discontinued — estimated revenue loss and capital freed if you stopped selling this product

Demand Forecast

Note: Available on Growth and Scale plans. Requires at least 30 days of order history.

Statistical models that predict future product sales based on your historical order data. The system automatically selects the best method based on how much data you have:

  • 12+ months of data uses Holt-Winters seasonal smoothing with weekly patterns
  • 3 to 12 months uses double exponential smoothing with trend detection
  • 1 to 3 months uses a 14-day moving average with wider confidence bands

The forecast for each product is shown inside its detail sheet alongside historical sales. Products with fewer than 10 units sold or less than 30 days of data show an "Insufficient data" state.
