Finding Your Way Around

Use the navigation bar to move between your dashboard and business tools. On a computer, point to an icon to see its name. On a small screen, open All navigation to see the full list of pages.

Find a Page

The main navigation gives you quick access to Dashboard, Nummbas-FO, Business Insights, Product Command Center, Expense Intelligence and Marketing Performance Center.

Select All navigation for the full list, including Integrations, Shipping Operations, Customer Geography, Cash Projection, Owner Draw Guide, Data Sharing, Business Reports and Feature Requests. Pages included in a higher plan show an upgrade option.

Many pages have their own sections, such as Actions in Business Insights or Expenses in Expense Intelligence. Choose the section by name; on a small screen, it may be inside a section menu.

Search Your Workspace

Select Search workspace, or press Command + K on a Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows.

Type a page or section name, such as “expenses”, “team members” or “notifications”, then select a result to open it. Press Escape to close search.

Check Sync Status and Actions

  • Sync status: open the sync icon to check progress and see which connections need attention. Use Integrations to manage a connection.
  • Actions and opportunities: open the bell to review items that need attention. For recommendations you want to track, open Business Insights > Actions.

Open Your Account Menu

Select your name or initials to open Your account. This menu contains Nummbas IQ, appearance, language, notification timezone, account settings and sign out.

Change Your Language

  1. Open Your account.
  2. Open Language.
  3. Choose your preferred language and wait for the app to update.

Available languages are English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi and Italian.

When signed in, your choice is saved to your account for future visits. Before you choose, Nummbas uses your saved or browser language when supported. If the change cannot be saved, the menu shows an error so you can try again.

Change the Appearance

Under Appearance, choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your device's appearance setting. Your choice is remembered in this browser.

Set Your Notification Timezone

Open Notification timezone and search for your city or timezone. You can also choose Use organization default.

Daily pulse emails, weekly digests and scheduled alerts follow this timezone. The account-menu choice saves when you select it. To change which notifications you receive, open Settings > Notifications.

Get Help

Select Support chat to contact the team. Nummbas system status opens the service status page. On a computer, these controls are at the bottom of the navigation bar. On a small screen, they are inside All navigation.
