Step 4: Connect Your First Integration
Once subscribed, head to Dashboard > Integrations and connect your most important data source.
We recommend starting with your ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, or Wix) since it provides the most data: orders, products, revenue, and customer information.
Shopify
Connect through Shopify and approve read-only access.
WooCommerce
Connect through WordPress, or use direct approval if your site cannot use the plugin.
Stripe
Connect with a restricted API key.
Square
Sign in to Square and approve read-only access.
Plaid
Connect a business bank account with read-only access.
Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard
Once your data syncs (usually within a few minutes), your dashboard will show:
- KPI cards - cash runway, revenue, operating costs, total debt, and net margin
- Trend charts - visual breakdowns of revenue, costs, debt, and margins over time
- Nummbas-FO Brief - a short summary of what changed and what needs attention
- Top Action Items - the highest-priority insights from your data
