Quickstart

Use this guide to create your account, choose a plan, connect your first tool, and open your dashboard.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.nummbas.com/register
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password
  3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

After signing in, you will be guided through a two-step onboarding process.

Business Profile

Tell us about your business so we can tailor your experience:

  • Currency - your primary reporting currency (defaults to USD)
  • Countries of Operation - where your business operates (optional)
  • Industry - select from 13 DTC verticals
  • Monthly Revenue Range - helps us set appropriate benchmarks
  • Business Age - under 1 year, 1 to 2 years, 3 to 5 years, or 5+ years
  • Team Size - just you, 2 to 5, 6 to 15, 16 to 50, or 50+
  • Product Types - physical goods, digital products, subscriptions, or services

Goals

Tell us what matters most to you:

  • Top Goal - what you want to achieve (grow revenue, manage cash flow, get funding ready, and more)
  • Biggest Challenge - what is holding you back right now
  • Revenue Target - where you want to be (optional)

Step 3: Choose a Plan

After onboarding, you will be taken to the pricing page. Choose the plan that fits your needs:

StarterGrowthScale
Price$99/month$199/month$399/month
Integrations48Unlimited
Team Members25Unlimited
Nummbas-FODaily brief + 50 credits/monthDaily brief + 150 credits/monthDaily brief + 350 credits/month
Annual billing saves $120 on Starter, $360 on Growth, and $720 on Scale each year. See Pricing for full details.

Step 4: Connect Your First Integration

Once subscribed, head to Dashboard > Integrations and connect your most important data source.

We recommend starting with your ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, or Wix) since it provides the most data: orders, products, revenue, and customer information.

If you do not use QuickBooks or Xero, connect Plaid after your sales source. Plaid can bring in cash balances, debt, and bank activity. Once enough bank history is ready, Nummbas can show a bank-based Cash Runway estimate.
See Connecting Integrations for a complete guide.

Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard

Once your data syncs (usually within a few minutes), your dashboard will show:

  • KPI cards - cash runway, revenue, operating costs, total debt, and net margin
  • Trend charts - visual breakdowns of revenue, costs, debt, and margins over time
  • Nummbas-FO Brief - a short summary of what changed and what needs attention
  • Top Action Items - the highest-priority insights from your data
From here, explore the Business Insights page for the full KPI grid, or ask Nummbas-FO a question about your finances.
