Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard is your financial command center. It gives you a complete picture of your business health at a glance.
Daily Pulse
At the top of the dashboard, the Daily Pulse section shows yesterday's key metrics with a comparison to the same day last week:
- Revenue with percentage change
- Orders with percentage change
- Ad Spend with percentage change
- Blended ROAS with absolute change
This gives you a 30-second morning health check every time you open the app.
KPI Cards
Five key metrics are displayed across the top of the dashboard:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Cash Runway | How many days of operating capital you have remaining. Sources from your accounting platform first, then falls back to known costs from ad platforms, Stripe, Square, and ShipStation. |
| Revenue | Total revenue for the selected time period across all connected ecommerce and payment platforms. |
| Operating Cost | Total operating expenses for the period. |
| Total Debt | Sum of all outstanding liabilities from your accounting platform. |
| Net Margin | Net income as a percentage of revenue. Shows how much of each dollar you actually keep. |
Each card shows the current value and the percentage change compared to the previous period.
Inventory Health
When you have an ecommerce store connected, the dashboard shows an Inventory Health section with:
- Inventory Value — total retail value of all products in stock
- Dead Stock — value of products with zero sales in the period, shown as a percentage of total inventory
- Sell-Through Speed — a visual bar showing how many products are fresh (under 30 days), aging (30 to 90 days), or stale (over 90 days)
- Restock Alerts — count of products that will sell out soon at the current rate
Subscription Health
When Recharge is connected, the dashboard shows subscription metrics:
- MRR — monthly recurring revenue with average subscription value
- Active Subscribers — count of active subscriptions and unique customers
- Churn Rate — percentage of subscriptions cancelled, color coded by severity (green under 7%, amber 7 to 10%, red over 10%)
- Net New Subscribers — new subscriptions minus cancellations for the period
Cost of Doing Business
This section aggregates all platform and processing costs into one view:
- Processing Fees — combined Stripe and Square fees with per-processor breakdown and fee rate
- Advertising — total ad spend with per-platform breakdown (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Shipping — total shipping costs as a percentage of revenue
- Total Platform Costs — sum of all costs with percentage of revenue, color coded (green under 20%, amber 20 to 35%, red over 35%)
If your refund rate is above zero, a return cost estimate is shown at the bottom, including non-refundable processing fees on refunded orders.

Channel Profitability
When ad platforms are connected, the dashboard shows estimated profit per acquisition channel:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Channel | Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Email (Klaviyo), Organic/Direct |
| Revenue | Revenue attributed to that channel |
| Ad Spend | Advertising cost for paid channels |
| Est. COGS | Estimated cost of goods based on your gross margin |
| Est. Profit | Revenue minus spend, COGS, shipping, and processing fees |
| Margin | Profit as a percentage of revenue |
This shows which channels generate real profit, not just revenue.
Customer Value
When order history exists, the dashboard shows customer lifetime value metrics:
- Avg Customer LTV — average total revenue per customer with median comparison
- Repeat Rate — percentage of customers who purchased more than once
- LTV:CAC Ratio — lifetime value divided by customer acquisition cost (target: 3x or higher)
- Avg Orders per Customer — average number of orders per customer with single-order percentage
