Customer Geography

Note: Available on Scale and Power plans. Requires Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, or Wix.

Customer Geography shows where your customers are ordering from, helping you spot new market opportunities and understand your geographic distribution.

KPI Cards

Total Revenue — revenue for the selected period
Countries Reached — number of unique countries with orders
Top Country — your highest-revenue country
International Revenue % — percentage of revenue from outside your primary market

World Map

An interactive world map shows order distribution by country. Countries with more orders appear darker. Click on any country to drill down into regional data.

Revenue by Country

A ranked list shows revenue and order count for each country, with horizontal bars for visual comparison. Click any country to select it and view the regional breakdown.

Regional Drill-Down

When you select a country, a detail panel appears showing revenue and order count by region:

United States — broken down by state
Canada — broken down by province
Australia — broken down by state
United Kingdom — broken down by region
New Zealand — broken down by region

Tip:

Customer geography data comes from shipping addresses on orders. The more orders you have, the more accurate and detailed the geographic picture will be.
