Data Sharing

Note: Available on Scale and Power plans.

Data Sharing lets you create secure links that give investors, lenders, or advisors a live view of your financial dashboard without giving them access to your Nummbas account.

Creating a Share Link

  1. Go to Dashboard > Data Sharing

  2. Click Create Share Link

  3. Configure the link:

    • Label (optional) — a name to identify this link (e.g., "For Investor Meeting")
    • Password (optional) — require a password to view the dashboard
    • Expiry — choose when the link expires: 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days

  4. Copy the generated link

Warning:

The link URL is shown only once when it is created. Make sure to copy it before closing the dialog.

What Recipients See

Recipients who open the link see a live, read-only version of your financial dashboard. They can view your metrics but cannot modify anything or access other parts of your account.

Managing Share Links

The Data Sharing page shows all active links with:

  • Created date — when the link was created
  • Expiry date — when the link will stop working
  • View count — how many times the link has been opened
  • Last viewed — when someone last used the link
  • Password protected badge — whether the link requires a password
  • Revoke button — immediately disable the link

Security

  • Links are time-limited and expire automatically
  • Optional password protection adds an extra layer of security
  • You can revoke any link at any time
  • Recipients get read-only access — they cannot modify your data or settings
  • Only organization admins can create and manage share links
