The Industry Scorecard benchmarks your business metrics against other businesses in your industry. It shows whether you are performing above, at, or below the benchmark for each metric.

How It Works

When you complete onboarding, you select your industry from 13 DTC verticals. Nummbas uses this to compare your actual performance against industry benchmarks for businesses in the same category.

What Gets Benchmarked

The scorecard compares key metrics including:

• Expense Growth — how your expense growth rate compares to peers
• Marketing Spend — whether your ad spend as a percentage of revenue is in line with your industry
• Shipping Costs — how your shipping costs compare to similar businesses
• Product Margins — whether your gross margins are healthy for your vertical
• Debt Health — how your debt levels compare to industry norms
• Net Profit — how your bottom line stacks up against peers

Each card shows your actual value, the industry benchmark, and a visual indicator of whether you are above, at, or below the benchmark.

Where to Find It

The scorecard appears on the Business Insights page below the KPI grid. You need at least one connected integration for the scorecard to display meaningful comparisons.
