Mobile App

Nummbas is available on iOS and Android. The mobile app is included with all Nummbas plans, so you can check in on your business from anywhere using the same account you use on the web.

Daily Snapshot

When you open the app, you see a summary of how your business is doing today. This includes:

Revenue:how much you have made today, compared to yesterday
Orders:how many orders came in today, compared to yesterday
Profit:your profit for today, compared to yesterday
Cash on Hand:how much cash is available right now, compared to yesterday
Monthly Pace:whether you are on track to hit your monthly goal based on today's performance
Cash Runway:how many months of expenses your current cash can cover
Annual Target Progress:how far along you are toward your yearly goal

This gives you a clear picture of where things stand without needing to open the full dashboard.

Daily Check-In and Streaks

Each day, the app asks you to pick a focus area for the day. There are three options:

Drive Sales:focus on growing revenue
Cut Costs:focus on reducing spending
Clear Inventory:focus on moving product that is sitting

Checking in each day builds a streak. The streak counter keeps track of how many days in a row you have opened the app and set your focus. This helps you build a habit of staying on top of your numbers every day.

Push Notifications

The app can send you push notifications so you do not miss important updates. Notifications are triggered when:

Business insights are ready:new findings about your revenue, spending, or performance
An integration sync fails:if one of your connected platforms stops syncing data, you will know right away

You can turn push notifications on or off in the app under Account > Settings.

Connection Status

In the app's Settings section, you can see all of your connected integrations. For each connection, you will see:

The platform name (Shopify, Stripe, Meta Ads, and others)
Whether it is actively syncing or disconnected
The last time it successfully synced data

This lets you quickly check that all your data sources are up to date without logging into the web dashboard.

Nummbas-FO

The same AI financial officer you use on the web is available in the mobile app. You can ask questions about your business, get explanations of your numbers, and receive recommendations, all from your phone. The chat is optimized for mobile so it is easy to read and use on a smaller screen.

Getting Started

Download Nummbas from the App Store or Google Play
Sign in with your existing Nummbas account (the same email and password you use on the web)
Allow push notifications when prompted so you do not miss important updates

That is it. Your data, integrations, and settings are all synced automatically.
