Weekly Review
The Weekly Review is a single-page briefing that shows how your business performed over the last 7 days compared to the week before. It is designed to be scanned in under 2 minutes so you know exactly where things stand.
What You See
Plain English Summary
At the top of the page, a one-sentence summary describes your week in plain language. For example: "Revenue was up 12% this week while ad spend stayed flat, which means your ad returns improved."
Week over Week Metrics
Six cards compare this week to last week:

| Revenue | Total money received from sales, with percentage change and a sparkline chart |
| Orders | Total customer orders placed, with percentage change |
| Cash Balance | Cash in your connected bank accounts, with dollar change |
| Cash Runway | How many days your cash will last at your current spending rate |
| Ad Spend | Total advertising spend across all platforms, with percentage change |
| Ad Returns | How many dollars you made for every dollar spent on ads (blended ROAS) |
Each card is color coded: green when the change is good for your business, amber when it needs attention. Cash Runway shows a colored badge (green above 90 days, amber 30 to 90, red below 30).
What to Focus on This Week
The top 3 highest-priority insights from your data are surfaced as action cards. Each card shows:
- The severity level (urgent, warning, or opportunity)
- A description of the issue and its impact
- A link to discuss it with Nummbas-FO for personalized advice
A link at the bottom takes you to the full action item list in Business Insights.
Connection Filter
If you have multiple connections for the same provider (e.g., two Shopify stores), you can filter the review to show data from a specific connection using the filter in the header.
How It Works
The Weekly Review compares two 7-day windows:
- This week: the last 7 days ending today
- Last week: the 7 days before that
All metrics, sparklines, and change indicators are computed from these two periods. The summary text is generated automatically based on which numbers moved the most.
Where to Find It
The Weekly Review is accessible from the sidebar navigation in the dashboard. It is available on all plans.
