Manage the supplier order and its accounting together.

Stocky handled purchase orders and receiving within Shopify. Nummbas combines those tasks with Nummbas Books: record deliveries and allocate freight and duty in "Product Command Center", with supplier bills and bank reconciliation in the same app. You can follow the stock purchase through to its accounting.

Check the bank balance forecast before you reorder.

Stocky used sales history to suggest how much stock to buy. Nummbas adds a financial view to replenishment decisions. Check stock levels and reorder points alongside "Cash Projection", which estimates your bank balance over six months, and compare expense scenarios before committing to another supplier order.

Keep a record of your Stocky purchases and stocktakes.

Import supported Stocky CSV exports into Nummbas. Purchase orders can include quantities already received, so you can distinguish completed deliveries from stock still due. Stocktake records are imported as historical counts.
