Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No financial data is ever stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your information at every stage.

Connection methods depend on the provider. Nummbas supports secure sign-in flows, restricted API keys, access tokens, and read-only store credentials. You can disconnect a source at any time.

Only you and your authorized team members can see your data. Each user has their own credentials, and permissions are scoped to their role within your organization.

Nummbas is hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure with managed databases. We run regular automated backups, continuous monitoring, and apply security patches promptly.

Nummbas-FO processes your data to answer questions about your business. Your financial data is never used to train AI models and is never shared with other customers. Queries are processed in real time and not stored by the AI provider.

You own your data. If you delete your account, access ends immediately. Your account data is permanently removed after a 90-day recovery period. We do not sell or rent your financial data.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to cyberteam@nummbas.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly. We appreciate the security community helping us keep our users safe.
