BigCommerce
Connect your BigCommerce store to pull in order data, product catalog, inventory levels, and cost of goods.
Connection Method
API Key — you will need your store hash, API token, and optionally a client ID from your BigCommerce admin.
How to Connect
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations
- Click Connect on the BigCommerce card
- In the modal, you will need your store credentials:
Getting Your API Credentials
- Log in to your BigCommerce admin
- Go to Settings > API > API Accounts
- Click Create API Account > Create V2/V3 API Token
- Name it "Nummbas" (or any name you prefer)
- Under OAuth Scopes, set the following to Read-Only:
- Orders
- Products
- Order Transactions
- Click Save
- Copy the API Path (your store hash is the part after
/stores/), Access Token, and Client ID
Entering Your Credentials
Back in Nummbas, enter:
- Store Hash — the alphanumeric string from your API path (e.g.,
abc123def) - API Token — the access token you generated
- Client ID — optional, but recommended for verification
Click Connect and your data will begin syncing.
What Gets Synced
Orders
- Order number and total price
- Subtotal, tax, and shipping amounts
- Order status (completed, refunded, cancelled)
- Line items with product and variant details, quantities, and prices
- Customer country and region (anonymized)
- Coupon codes and discount amounts
Products
- Product title and variant titles
- SKU, price, and cost price
- Inventory quantity and tracking status
- Product type and brand
- Product availability status
