What Gets Synced

Subscription Metrics (90-day period)

  • Active subscriptions
  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
  • New subscriptions
  • Cancelled subscriptions
  • Churn rate
  • Average subscription value
  • Failed charges
  • Skipped charges
  • Total revenue
  • Customer count

Note: Recharge limits charge data to the most recent 90 days. Metrics that depend on charge history (total revenue, failed charges, skipped charges, customer count) reflect the last 90 days only.

Features Powered by Recharge Data

  • Business Insights — subscription-specific KPIs when Recharge is connected, including monthly recurring revenue, active subscriber count, and churn rate so you can see the health of your subscription business at a glance
  • Insight Rules — automated alerts when your subscription churn rate rises above healthy levels or when too many charges are failing, so you can take action before you lose recurring revenue
  • Nummbas-FO — subscription context is included when you ask the AI assistant questions, so it can give you answers that factor in your recurring revenue and subscriber trends

Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed — Make sure you are using an Admin API token, not a Storefront token. The token must have Read access on all scopes. If the connection fails, go back to Recharge and verify the token permissions.
  • Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes depending on how many subscriptions are in your Recharge account. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress.
  • Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your Recharge data automatically every 4 hours. You can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page if you need the latest numbers right away.
