Connect your Wix eCommerce store to pull in order data, product catalog, inventory levels, and cost of goods.

Connection Method

Instance ID — after installing the Nummbas app on your Wix site, you will receive an Instance ID to paste into Nummbas.

How to Connect

1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations
2. Click Connect on the Wix card
3. In the modal, you will need your Wix Instance ID:

Getting Your Instance ID

1. Install the Nummbas app on your Wix site from the Wix App Market
2. After installation, open the Nummbas page in your Wix Dashboard
3. Your Instance ID will be displayed on that page
4. Copy the Instance ID

Entering Your Instance ID

Back in Nummbas, paste the Instance ID into the field and click Connect. Your data will begin syncing.

Orders

• Order number and total price
• Subtotal, tax, and shipping amounts
• Payment status (paid, partially paid, refunded)
• Fulfillment status
• Line items with product details, quantities, and prices
• Customer country and region (anonymized)
• Sales channel and coupon codes

Products

• Product name and variant options
• SKU, price, and cost of goods
• Inventory quantity and stock status
• Product type and brand
• Product visibility status

Nummbas supports both Wix Catalog V1 and V3 APIs automatically. Your store version is detected and the correct API is used.
