WooCommerce
Connect your WooCommerce store to pull in order data, product catalog, and inventory levels.
Connection Method
Credentials — you will need your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret from WooCommerce's REST API settings.
How to Connect
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations
- Click Connect on the WooCommerce card
- In the modal, you will need three things:
Getting Your Credentials
- Log in to your WordPress admin
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API
- Click Add Key
- Set the description to "Nummbas" (or any name you prefer)
- Set permissions to Read
- Click Generate API Key
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Entering Your Credentials
Back in Nummbas, enter:
- Store URL — your WooCommerce store URL (e.g.,
https://your-store.com) - Consumer Key — the key you generated
- Consumer Secret — the secret you generated
Click Connect and your data will begin syncing.
What Gets Synced
Orders
- Order number and total price
- Shipping amount and currency
- Order status (completed, processing, refunded)
- Line items with product and variant details, quantities, and prices
- Customer country and region (anonymized)
Products
- Product title and variation titles
- SKU, price, and inventory quantity
- Product type and categories
- Cost of goods (requires WooCommerce 10.3 or later with the COGS feature enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features, or a third-party COGS plugin such as WPFactory Cost of Goods)

- Dashboard KPIs — revenue, order count, average order value
- Product Command Center — margins, velocity, dead stock
