Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed — Make sure you are signing in with the correct Xero account. If the connection fails, go back to the Integrations page and try again. Xero occasionally requires you to re-authorize apps after password changes.
  • Data not appearing after connecting — The initial sync can take a few minutes depending on how much data is in your Xero account. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the sync is in progress.
  • Stale or outdated numbers — Nummbas syncs your Xero data automatically every 4 hours. If you need the latest numbers right away, you can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page.
  • Wrong organization connected — If you selected the wrong Xero organization during setup, disconnect the integration from the Integrations page and reconnect. The organization picker will appear again so you can choose the correct one.
