Your financial data is sensitive. Security is not a feature we added on top. It is built into every layer of Nummbas.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No financial data is ever stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your information at every stage.
Secure Authentication
All integrations use secure OAuth connections. We never store your platform passwords. Session tokens are rotated regularly, and all authentication follows current security best practices.
Role-Based Access Controls
Only you and your authorized team members can see your data. Each user has their own credentials, and permissions are scoped to their role within your organization.
Cloud Infrastructure
Nummbas is hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure with managed databases. We run regular automated backups, continuous monitoring, and apply security patches promptly.
AI Data Handling
Nummbas-FO processes your data to answer questions about your business. Your financial data is never used to train AI models and is never shared with other customers. Queries are processed in real time and not stored by the AI provider.
Data Ownership
You own your data. If you delete your account, your data is removed immediately. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to cyberteam@nummbas.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly. We appreciate the security community helping us keep our users safe.
