Nummbas is a financial command center designed for direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses. It connects to your business platforms (e-commerce stores, payment processors, advertising accounts, and accounting software) to provide financial dashboards, automated insights, and data-powered financial guidance.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is associated with one business. Your business name cannot be changed after registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Nummbas offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is listed on our website.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nummbas platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Nummbas and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your business data. We do not claim any rights to the data you provide or that is collected through your integrations.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Nummbas connects to third-party platforms at your direction. You authorize these connections and are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms. Nummbas is not liable for any outages, data inaccuracies, or changes made by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nummbas and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service provides financial analytics and AI-generated guidance, not professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant business decisions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data is removed immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nummbas operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
