Manual 3PL / Fulfillment
If your fulfillment provider does not have a direct integration with Nummbas, you can still track your fulfillment costs using CSV upload or manual monthly entry.
How to Set Up
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations
- Click Connect on the 3PL / Fulfillment card
- Enter a Provider name (for example, ShipMonk, Red Stag, Deliverr)
- Once the source is created, open it to add monthly totals or import a CSV
You can add more than one 3PL source on plans that support multiple connections per provider.
Input Methods
CSV Upload
Upload a CSV file with your fulfillment data. Nummbas parses each row and adds the costs to your dashboard. The file limit is 5 MB.
CSV Format
Your CSV file should include the following columns:

| pick_pack_fees | Yes | Total pick and pack fees for the month |

| storage_cost | No | Total storage fees for the month |
| other_fees | No | Any other fulfillment fees for the month |
Dollar signs and commas in the numeric columns are stripped automatically.

Manual Monthly Entry
You can also enter monthly totals directly in Nummbas. Open your 3PL source and fill in the Add monthly totals form with the month, order count, pick and pack fees, shipping cost, and optional storage or other fees.
What Gets Tracked
- Pick and pack fees
- Shipping costs
- Storage costs (optional)
- Other fulfillment fees (optional)
- Order count
- Total cost and average cost per order (calculated automatically)
The source modal shows summary cards for provider name, tracked spend, order count, and average cost per order, plus a Recent monthly totals table of the last 20 entries. You can delete any row if you made a mistake.
Sync Frequency
There is no automated sync. You upload or enter data whenever it is available. Nummbas includes your manual fulfillment costs in your expense breakdown and business reports as soon as you add them.
Features Powered by Manual 3PL Data
- Business Insights. Fulfillment rows on the KPI grid (shipments, average cost per shipment, shipping spend) combine Manual 3PL with ShipStation and ShipBob data.
- Expense Intelligence. Fulfillment costs appear alongside your other expenses so you can see the full picture of where your money goes.
- Business Reports. Fulfillment costs are included in profitability and operating cost reports.
Tips
- Upload data monthly to keep your dashboard accurate
- Include storage costs if your 3PL charges them separately, since this helps you see the true cost of holding inventory
- Use the CSV format if you have multiple months of historical data to add at once
